You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Partnership Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our network of strategic partners. As a Business Development and Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding, managing and maintaining relationships with existing/new partners' portfolios. He/she will also be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve our business development goals for the EBU.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
● Working on building the partner ecosystem required for business growth objectives.
● Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including potential partners, customers, and investors in alignment with EBU strategy .
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with EBU strategic objectives.
● Manage and expand relationships with existing/new partners, maximizing value and ensuring mutual benefit.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
● Create and execute compelling marketing and sales collateral to generate leads and drive conversions.
● Track and analyze business development metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Contribute to the overall success of the business development team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
● Thorough understanding of business development principles and practices
● In-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and target market
● Familiarity with the competitive landscape and industry trends
● Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to business development and partnerships
● Understanding of financial modelling and contractual agreements.
● Passion for business development and partnerships

● Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
● Master's degree in business administration.
