Job Description
AJO Admin( Adobe Journey Optimizer)

Candidate should have 45 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar marketing automation platforms as Data Engineer
Candidate should have working experience in Production Support team with AJO or similar marketing automation platforms
Candidate should be able to troubleshoot datarelated issues perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to minimize downtime
Candidate should have strong SQL skills to manage and query the data ensuring data accuracy and integrity for campaigns.
Candidate should have good understanding of how to read personalization fields within communication templates
Candidate should maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes configurations and known issues.
Candidate should be able to handle incidents related to AJO admin activities such as user access management issues related to channels like Email SMS Push notification etc.
Candidate should be able to monitor the platform daily report any issues identified analyses them and fix them within the agreed SLAs.
Good to have experience: Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP Adobe Campaign
