We are looking for a candidate for one of our client which is an UK based Financial company for Bangalore Location. Candidate should be currently at a director or equivalent level and above. Some one comes with global stake holder exposure managed CFO CTO CIO or executive members.
This role is part of the India Performance Insights team and is responsible for leading the Sales and Revenue teams as well as Financial Planning and Analysis function for the Data and Analytics business at
Orchestrate the run of key Revenue processes including Sales and Revenue planning forecasting Budgeting etc and provide insightful business commentary.
Be a glue between Product finance and Sales finance teams to drive alignment on approach and assumptions during Forecast / Budget cycles.
Support adhoc requests involving analysis of Sales / Revenue trends by region business product client etc
FP&A
Own and drive FP&A processes including Budgeting Forecasting MBR preparation Board Updates Stress testing and Multi year planning. Responsibilities include strategizing the approach driving suitable engagement with CFOs / FBPs coordination with multiple teams and driving execution.
Provide insightful business commentary in various FP&A outputs backed by strong business understanding and effective communication. Proactively anticipate and prepare for follow up questions / analytical asks from senior stakeholders.

Skills / experiencerequirements :
Experienced Finance leader with experience in Revenue Finance / FP&A with 15 years of relevant experience.

Strong commercial mindset and good communication / story telling skills and analytical mindset.
