Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

A Marketing Manager Ad/Public Relations, is responsible for the overall advertising and public relations of the Club.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Manager Ad/Public Relations, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and Public Relations plan, including media planning as well as creative/visuals
Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and Public Relations plans
Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations
Make the owners' newsletter (quarterly) as well as internal communications materials
Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print) to drive engagement and conversions.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and tracking expenses to ensure ROI on campaigns.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
