COMMUNICATIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER / ASSOCIATE MANAGER of NORTH AMERICAN DEALER COMMUNICATIONS (Permanent)
Our client an established international organization with a hub in WNY is looking to hire an Associate Manager of North American Dealer Communications to join their team. This position is open due to retirement and reports directly to the Director of National Accounts for North America.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison for 25 Dealers/Dealer Reps across North America; develop & maintain relationships in order to drive sales and the overall success of the company
- Maintain constant detailed communication with dealers via phone email and virtual meetings in order to improve performance
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings with dealers outlining sales/profits goals against current standings
- Manage and maintain dealer marketing budget handling media invoicing special program budgets etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Creative Development teams at each dealer to develop strategic advertisements promotions Specials campaigns etc.
- Review each promotion prior to launch to ensure target customers are being reached
- Tailor approach with each dealer understanding the unique structure and operations of each
- Obtain and analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth/sales success of initiative programs and returns on investments
- Provide information training and clearly outline initiatives to dealer reps in order to boost their participation
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers when stocking issues improper product listings and product information requests arise
- Ensure all product information is accurate and uptodate with each dealer including specs and pricing effectively communicate pricing increases as they occur
- Manage all new product launches with dealers and ensure inventory is stocked
- Assist with tradeshow and dealer meeting set up managing appointments and follow up
- Ensure any recall/safety notices and discontinued products are communicated to dealers facilitating any necessary returns
- Work well independently as well as part of a team
- Complete special projects in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- Hybrid position (3 days inoffice 2 days WFH); 4550 hour work week
- Approx. 1015% travel to dealers dealer functions & trade shows
- $65000 $75000 annually depending on experience

- Excellent computer skills SAP Excel PPT systems preferred
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
