Requirements
- At least 5 years applicable experience
- Valid drivers license
- Crane maintenance experience
- Construction equipment experience
- Diesel truck engine experience
- Small engine experience a plus
- Ability to manage small group of mechanics
- Welding and fabrication
- Ability to operate equipment
- PA Inspection License a plus
- Class A CDL and DOT med card a plus
- NCCCO crane license a plus

Sales and rental leasing experience Dry van and refrigerated trailer knowledge Must have leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage staff. Must be able to delegate and follow up.
