FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Doylestown is seeking an experienced and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Plan prepare and administer treatment programs based on evaluation of patient data
- Evaluate and record the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust to achieve maximum benefit
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuum of care
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes weekly reports initial evaluations and discharge summaries
- Communicate with referring physicians
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Current license to practice physical therapy in PA
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; DPT or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for learning and working with vestibular balance neurological and fallrisk patient patients
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic setting
- 35 years of experience in the field
