Job Description
This is a remote position.
Are you passionate about travel particularly cruises We are looking for enthusiastic Cruise Consultants to join our growing team! In this role you ll assist both business and individual travelers by arranging memorable cruises accommodation transportation and entertainment. Cruise Consultants may also specialize in specific destinations or cruise lines providing expert guidance to ensure an unforgettable travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and book cruise vacations for clients.
- Liaise with vendors such as cruise lines resorts and travel groups to secure travel arrangements.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients to meet their travel needs.
- Promote travel packages from a variety of cruise lines and travel vendors.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Attendance in training webinars is required for product knowledge and certifications.
- Must have access to a computer and reliable WiFi.
Skills:
- Selfmotivated with a passion for travel.
- Internet savvy and comfortable navigating booking platforms.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
