Job Description
Coast to Coast Connections is a dynamic event marketing firm specializing in creating engaging promotional events that elevate brand awareness and foster strong customer connections. We work with leading clients across various industries and we are dedicated to developing innovative marketing strategies. As part of our continued growth we are seeking ambitious individuals for our Management Trainee program to fasttrack their careers within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an intensive training program covering marketing event management and business operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client visibility and event success.
- Manage relationships with clients vendors and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Lead small teams in executing marketing initiatives with a focus on achieving client goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to improve marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations on event outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Support daytoday management operations and take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed.
