Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled ForgeRock IAM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing ForgeRock technologybased projects and expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will involve designing developing deploying and supporting ForgeRock IAM solutions with a focus on high availability security and integration. The candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver secure and efficient identity lifecycle management and Single SignOn (SSO) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ForgeRock Implementation:
   

   • Lead and execute ForgeRock technologybased projects including OpenIDM and OpenAM implementations.
     
   • Install configure and maintain ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenAM in high availability mode.
     
   • Integrate applications with ForgeRock OpenAM for Single SignOn (SSO) session management password management and coarsegrain authorization solutions.
     

2. IAM Engagements:
   

   • Work on at least two Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements involving requirements gathering solution design development testing deployment and ongoing application support.
     
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver customized IAM solutions.
     

3. Advanced ForgeRock OpenAM Features:
   

   • Develop and configure advanced ForgeRock OpenAM features such as authentication chains custom postauthentication plugins (PAP) custom authentication modules and adaptive access management.
     
   • Create custom login screens and implement stepup authentication and other tailored security requirements.
     

4. Partner Integration:
   

   • Integrate different domain partners for SSO using industry standards such as SAML OAuth and WSFederation on the ForgeRock OpenAM platform.
     

5. System Integration:
   

   • Integrate ForgeRock OpenIDM with external systems like LDAP (OpenDJ Active Directory) databases CSV files applications exposing REST APIs and cloudbased services.
     
   • Develop custom workflows using the BPMN engine and deploy workflows in ForgeRock OpenIDM.
     

6. Architecture & Design:
   

   • Provide architectural guidance and design solutions for identity lifecycle management access request workflows SSO federation adaptive access management and stepup authentication using ForgeRock products.
     
   • Lead the development of IAM solutions including custom integrations and workflows.
     

7. Technical Expertise:
   

   • Expertise in scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript for customizing ForgeRock solutions.
     
   • Strong understanding of related technologies including LDAP SSL RDBMS and Linux operating systems.
     
   • Knowledge of web and application servers such as IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss and Apache for system integration.
     

8. Project Development & Support:
   

   • Lead handson development tasks including estimation sizing and custom IAM integrations.
     
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM implementations and provide highquality presentations to stakeholders.
     
   • Follow software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery.
     

9. Training and Proof of Concept (PoC):
   

   • Plan create and execute advanced IAM training for team members and stakeholders.
     
   • Independently lead proof of concept (PoC) initiatives involving emerging IAM technologies to assess their suitability for business needs.
     

10. Collaboration and Communication:
    

    • Work effectively with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and security teams to deliver endtoend IAM solutions.
      
    • Provide timely and accurate communication regarding project progress and system updates.
      

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications:
  

  • IAM technology certifications (ForgeRock Certified etc.).
    
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
    
  • Exposure to other security domains is a plus.
    

• Process & Framework Knowledge:
  

  • Exposure to various process frameworks and methodologies (ITIL Agile etc.).
    

• Soft Skills:
  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/MS).
    
  • MBA is an added advantage.
