Job Description
Position: Sr. Executive EOHS
Organization: Cyient DLM Ltd (m)
Work Location: Mysore
Qualification: Engineering Graduate / MTechEnvironmental Engineering / Certified Safety Management with 5 8 Years Experience
Ensuring environmental occupational health and safety at workplace.
Maintain documentation as per the statutory and compliance requirements.
Environmental monitoring as per the consent and Pollution control board standards and file the returns.
Maintaining occupational health centre.
100% Compliance to statutory norms of Govt. of Karnataka
Certify and implementing the ISO and other certified standards.
Organize Safety Induction training to new joining employees.
Organize and celebrate national Safety Day and Environmental day and other Safety events.
Ensure renewal of Factory License Explosive License Labor license amendments and Pollution control board consent.
Prepare and timely submission of monthly and annual returns to the respective departments
Maintain and implement the waste management system as per PCB norm.
Conduct toolbox talks to the employees.
Organizing safety committee and conduct meetings to review safety performance and improvements.
Conduct periodical training as per training calendar.
Handling of safety critical equipment s with AMC servicing.
Prepare SOP as per the operations.
Prepare JHA and HIRA as per the activities.
Maintain the fire extinguisher as per the standard
Maintain the public addressable system fire detection and alarm system.
Establish and implement 5S system at workplace.
Conduct periodical mock drill and firefighting training as per the emergency preparedness plan.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure EOHS requirements.
Ensure fitness certificate by competent person for lifting equipment s compressors and pressure vessels.
Prepare weekly monthly and safety MIS reports for review.
Responsible to plan implement & control safety culture & improvement in safety.
Ensure work permit risk analysis for various types of critical operations & prepare emergency plan.
Procuring good quality of PPE s & coordination with purchase & store department to ensure availability of required Personal protective equipment s.
Investigate all accidents & prepare incident or accident investigation reports as per the factory act.
Ensure the permit system for providing access to any work carried on work premises.
Daily shop floor visit for identify unsafe conditions and act.
Develop Safety guards and safety system of machines.
Ensure good relationship with all the employees and management for develop EOHS culture.
Coordinate with all stake holders
