Domestic couple
Henley on Thames
2 bed Gate lodge
80k gross pa
A proactive capable domestic couple is sought for a familys weekend residence near HenleyonThames.
Previous couple have retired after 20 years with the family hence principals are looking for another long term couple.
The housekeeper/cook will be responsible for maintaining high housekeeping standards including cleaning laundry ironing and cooking meals for the family at weekends and potentially for small dinner parties also.
The gardener/maintenance/driver will handle maintaining the estate s gardens (gardening team also employed) including lawn mowing and vegetable garden upkeep as well as general property maintenance. Driving duties such as running errands or occasional airport runs also required. The role includes minor handyman tasks and care of the tennis court and swimming pool.
Preferable for both to drive. The family include two older children and no pets. This is a longterm position in a semi formal household. Principals are looking for candidates with strong references and experience in similar roles.
The salary is highly negotiable based on experience around 80000 gross per annum. The staff accommodation is a separate 2 bed 2 bath Gate lodge on the estate. Interviewing now to start when the ideal couple is found.
