JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support to the leadership team managing schedules communications and acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth operations and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO s calendar prioritize meetings and coordinate events.
- Organize internal/external meetings prepare agendas and presentations.
- Handle travel arrangements and assist with ad hoc tasks for the leadership team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Communication:
- Act as the main contact for stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Screen and direct calls emails and communications.
- Liaise between store managers and the central office.
Office Management:
- Identify and implement process improvements for administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies ensuring costeffective procurement.
Health & Safety:
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines maintain clean work areas and report hazards.
- Participate in safety drills and report accidents/incidents promptly.
Miscellaneous:
- Meet reporting deadlines attend meetings and support colleagues as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Csuite executives or Senior Management
- Strong knowledge of office management systems procedures and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive and solutionoriented with the ability to anticipate needs and provide timely support.
- Familiarity with travel and event planning.
