Job Description
We are recruiting for a well established family owned Dealer Group who have a requirement for a Parts Advisor to join their busy Motorcycle dealership in West Yorks.
The role involves parts ordering for both workshop and retail customers liaising with the sale and aftersales teams and advising motorcycle buyers of the correct and appropriate accessories for their machines.
Requirements
Ideally you will have experience of both retail and workshop parts sales in a main dealer environment and have a "customer first" mindset.

The role involves booking in vehicles which are due in for a service/ maintenance on their vehicles, organising the paperwork, and coordinating with the Workshop Manager/ Service Manager for the work to be carried out. Up-selling is a large part of the role and makes up a proportion of the earning potential along with customer service related targets.
