As the Content Management Administrative Assistant, you will be pivotal in shaping our company's future. Your contributions will significantly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our content operations.
Support Content Operations: You will provide vital administrative support to the Content Management department. This includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing communication channels, and tracking the progress of various tasks. Your organizational skills will help ensure that the team functions smoothly and efficiently.
Content Coordination: Your role will involve preparing detailed content requests for the marketing team. This entails outlining creative requirements, which will be essential for executing projects successfully. Your attention to detail will be crucial in this aspect, ensuring that all necessary information is conveyed clearly.
Leadership Backup: In the absence of the Content Manager, you will take on additional responsibilities to maintain organizational continuity and workflow efficiency. This aspect of your role will require you to be adaptable and proactive, stepping in to manage tasks and oversee operations seamlessly.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring daily reports and tracking performance data will be key parts of your job. By offering insights based on this data, you will help the department meet its goals and optimize processes. Your analytical skills will play a critical role in evaluating performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of one year as an administrative assistant or task manager is required, along with proficiency in English—both spoken and written.
You must be detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is a proactive approach to your tasks. You should be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly, provide concise updates, and collaborate effectively with team members. Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus. Your role will be integral to our success, and we look forward to the impact you will make!
