Join our dynamic team for an exciting project in the pharmaceutical industry! We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Specialist for a remote role, which will include occasional travel. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a significant upgrade project as we transition to SAP GTS 4 HANA.

Role Overview

As an SAP GTS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA. Your expertise will be vital in supporting live sites, resolving incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in various project activities, including testing and documentation maintenance, while effectively communicating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade Assistance: Collaborate with project teams to facilitate the upgrade process to SAP GTS 4 HANA. Your understanding of the system will help ensure that the transition is seamless and efficient.

• Post-Upgrade Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP GTS 4 HANA following the upgrade. You will be responsible for addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that the system operates optimally.

• Incident Management: Conduct incident triage and promptly troubleshoot and resolve support tickets. Your quick response will minimize disruptions and maintain operational continuity.

• Workshop Collaboration: Participate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade support needs. Engaging with stakeholders and team members will be essential in aligning on requirements and expectations.

• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. This includes revising roles, preparing analytical reports, and assisting in the development of training materials to ensure that team members are well-equipped to use the upgraded system.

• Testing Support: Aid in end-to-end testing activities for the upgraded SAP GTS system. Your thorough approach will help identify potential issues before the system goes live.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS and participation in GTS 4 HANA implementations or upgrade projects is essential.
