Key Responsibilities:
Creative Execution:
You will conceptualize, create, and refine captivating animations and videos tailored for various marketing platforms, including social media and advertising content. Your creativity will be instrumental in developing visuals that not only attract but also retain viewer interest.
Versatile Projects:
The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously is essential. You will prioritize your workload to meet tight deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time without compromising quality. Your organizational skills will be key in managing diverse project requirements effectively.
Brand Consistency:
Maintaining visual consistency across all projects is a top priority. You will ensure that every video asset adheres to our branding guidelines, contributing to a cohesive brand identity. Your keen eye for detail will help uphold the standards that define our visual narrative.
Collaborative Workflow:
Collaboration is at the heart of our process. You will work closely with the Video Producer and the marketing team to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback. This teamwork will enhance video concepts and ensure they meet the strategic goals of our marketing initiatives.
Data-Driven Iteration:
Continuous improvement is crucial in our fast-paced environment. You will iterate on videos based on feedback, analytics, and testing results, striving to optimize performance and engagement. Your ability to analyze data will inform creative decisions and drive results.
Qualifications:
Experience:
You should have at least 3 years of professional video editing experience, demonstrating a solid track record of completed projects across various platforms. Your portfolio should showcase a variety of work, highlighting your storytelling abilities and visual impact.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, is essential. Familiarity with other video editing software will also be advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Fluency in English and strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Multitasking Ability:
You should be comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency in your work.
Nice to Have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field will be considered a plus. Experience with 3D modeling, motion graphics, and rendering would enhance your candidacy. Additionally, prior experience in the iGaming or entertainment industry, along with examples of viral videos in your portfolio (complete with performance metrics), would set you apart.
