Job Title: Controls Engineer / Electrical Engineer (Operations & Maintenance)
Location: Lawrence MA
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Controls Electrical Engineer with a strong background in managing electrical distribution systems SCADA operations and telecom networks. The role involves maintaining high and lowtension systems performing fault analysis and leading maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance:
Oversee hightension (HT) operations and manage multiple electrical feeders.
Coordinate maintenance activities including fault fixing and shutdowns.
Perform fault and root cause analysis and plan for future operations.
SCADA/Telecom Systems:
Maintain SCADA systems including data mapping and telecom networks.
Install commission and maintain equipment like battery banks and telecom links (ABB Siemens ALSTOM).
Team Management:
Lead and train maintenance teams improving efficiency in power system operations.
Handle infrastructure improvements and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
Experience:
7 years in electrical systems SCADA and telecom maintenance.
Strong experience in managing highvoltage operations and power systems.
Skills:
Knowledge of fault detection systems (relays protection).
Handson experience with SCADA and telecom systems.
Team leadership and problemsolving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
AWS Cloud experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt.
