Job Description

Our company has a client in Spring TX seeking a Web Developer. The desired software will be Webflow. This software will allow for project handover with the Creative Director as the project build moves into daytoday use.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Creative Director and Communications team to ensure web builds are inline with expectations

* Design visually appealing websites and web pages ensuring responsive and mobilefirst designs

* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate project requirements into stunning designs

* Optimize websites for speed performance and accessibility

* Ensure consistency in branding and design across all web pages

* Leverage industry trends into our site builds that give users a valuable user experience

Required Skills : * Proven experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio of completed web design projects * Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD Figma Sketch or similar * Good understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript (preferred) * Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset * Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively * Timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
