We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to assist one of our leading clients in Italy. Proficiency in Italian is mandatory for this role as you will be working closely with local candidates and teams. We are proud to have exclusivity in this partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing andrecruitment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide insights on market trends and candidate expectations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably with tech roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
