Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Finnishspeaking professionals to join our dynamic customer service team in Greece.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to relocate and start a new adventure while utilizing your language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance
- Process sales and ecommerce transactions
- Manage customer complaints and escalations
- Create and update customer cases in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Techsavvy with strong problemsolving abilities
- Adaptable and able to learn new products/systems quickly
