Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 technical support via chat email and phone
Assist customers with troubleshooting complex issues related to digital platforms and apps Support content creators and monetized partners with account management and contentrelated problems
Handle 2025 cases per day across multiple channels
Utilize and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Stay updated on product features and technical specifications
Qualifications:
Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish
Excellent English communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving abilities
Experience in IT support or related technical field preferred
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
Patient and empathetic approach to customer service
We Offer:
Base salary: 1300 per month
Monthly performance bonus: 260 300
13th and 14th month salary
Relocation package: Free flight ticket and 2 weeks hotel accommodation
