Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging Geography curriculum to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role entails fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking spatial awareness and an understanding of the complex interplay between human society and the natural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver captivating Geography lessons that align with the national curriculum and the schools educational ethos.

- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Humanities department and across the school to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree or higher in Geography or a closely related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Geography at the secondary level.
