  • Support students during social and emotional development helping them build interpersonal skills and resilience.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with SEN.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children particularly those with SEN is desirable but not essential as the school is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students staff and parents.
  • Patience empathy and the ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple students and tasks in the classroom.
  • A clear DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
