Responsibilities

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere encouraging students to participate and develop confidence in their abilities.

- Support students during social and emotional development helping them build interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with SEN.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children particularly those with SEN is desirable but not essential as the school is willing to provide training for the right candidate.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students staff and parents.
- Patience empathy and the ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and constructive approach.

- A clear DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
