As of 1/1/2024 ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle (Verbal Deescalation bundle training required) OR CPI OR PMCS
- COVID vaccinations not required however strongly encouraged.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
NonBillable Orientation: 8hrs
Multipliers (OT Holiday): 1.25%

- Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience Required
- ABSOLUTELY NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR THESE NEEDS.
- Experience with Pediatric Adolescent and Adult Patients Required
- Recent travel experience
- Experience with deescalation of agitated patients
- DeEscalation Training of any kind CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications Preferred
- Cerner experience Preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS and CPI Facility will not pend license/certs)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New York
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NY license must be in hand upon submission
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
On Call Requirements : No Call
