Job Description
Job Title: Data security/ Data Loss Prevention SME
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data security concepts and technologies and be able to design and implement solutions to protect our clients sensitive data.
- Provide expert guidance on data security best practices and technologies to clients.
- Architect and implement data security solutions including DLP encryption/tokenization database activity monitoring data discovery and data classification.
- Work with clients to understand their unique requirements and design tailored solutions to address their data security needs.
- Stay uptodate on the latest data security trends and technologies.
- Assist with vendor assessments and evaluations.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in consulting and systems integration.
- 5 years of experience in data security projects.
- Experience with DLP event triage workflow integration remediation event management systems and automation.
- Strong systems administration skills in multiple OS environments.
- Experience with diagnosing troubleshooting and remediating Linux/Unix or Windowsbased appliances.
- Experience with application maintenance tasks (e.g. updates patching hardware refreshes).
- Experience with encryption key management concepts and systems.
- Bachelors degree.
- Willingness to travel 5075% in North America.
