We're seeking a talented and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to join our expanding team. What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients generating excitement and interest in our innovative solutions.
- Conduct highvolume outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify leads setting appointments for Account Executives to close deals.
- Masterfully handle objections and inquiries showcasing your ability to think on your feet and adapt to diverse situations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine our lead generation strategy and improve overall sales performance.
- Utilize CRM tools to track your progress and maintain accurate records of your interactions.
What You'll Need:
- Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent are essential.
- 38 years of experience in outbound calling preferably within a sales environment.
- A proven ability to handle objections think critically and adapt your approach in realtime.
- A selfstarter mentality with a strong work ethic and a hunger for success.
- The ability to work U.S. hours (EST preferred PST acceptable) to effectively connect with our clients.
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with outpatient medical clinics.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
