About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of project development from design through occupancy The position requires a selfmotivated individual who will:
Lead marketing efforts for projects in Virginia Maryland DC and West Virginia
Lead local and remote project teams in the creation of excellent projects
Nurture client relationships
Direct and coordinate the work of engineering and other consultants
Meet project budgets and deadlines.
Be knowledgeable in construction methods detailing and specification writing building code interpretation and construction administration.
Possess superior communication and writing skills and the ability to be responsive to our clients needs
Lead local and remote project teams in the creation of excellent projects

Meet project budgets and deadlines.

The position also includes managing the operations of the Virginia office in close coordination with the main office in Florida. A future stake in firm ownership is a possibility for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
Virginia Architects License or ability to obtain through reciprocity from another state is required.
West Virginia DC Maryland Architects licenses are a plus
Minimum 12 years experience
3D modeling/rendering ability
Proficiency in use of Revit and AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
