Job Title: IAM Engineer (Saviynt) L3 Support

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with handson experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms specifically Saviynt. The ideal candidate will provide L3level support for IAM operations working across functions to ensure the smooth implementation administration and improvement of IAM solutions. This role will involve setup configuration monitoring troubleshooting and enhancement of IAM platforms to meet compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IAM platform support for Saviynt including setup management oversight and troubleshooting for customer environments.
- Perform daytoday operations and production support of IAM systems ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Execute tasks related to aggregation workflows tasks rules and roles within the Saviynt platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve IAM solutions and align with compliance needs and best practices.
- Configure and deploy Saviynt Connectors for various target systems ensuring seamless integration.
- Administer user access and handle all related user IDs password management and access control for Provideroperated systems.
- Define and implement access management protocols tools and processes ensuring proper reporting and auditing.
- Provide technical support including monitoring troubleshooting and incident management across the IAM environment.
- Investigate security incidents provide technical analysis and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Manage the ticket lifecycle from detection to remediation ensuring timely response and resolution.
- Participate in meetings to recommend the best technical and costeffective IAM solutions.
- Stay updated with security vulnerabilities attacks and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing businessrequired reports and updating documentation to reflect platform changes.
- Interface with customers to mitigate security incidents and support onsite teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science MIS Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) / L3 experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong understanding of IAM applications and tools.
- Experience with Saviynt IAM platform including handson configuration and management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday tools for IAM integration.

- Excellent business process and change management skills capable of developing strategy evaluating outcomes and measuring success.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Handson experience with IAM platform support implementation and administration.
- Expertise in handling security incidents including incident triage documentation and escalation.
- Familiarity with security vulnerabilities attacks and countermeasures.
