Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Manager for New Business Development who will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities in the international market and are seeking to fill this position immediately for our team in Berlin or remote.

Tasks

  • Achieving growth by hunting and acquiring new business clients in Japan based on an objective business plan
  • Working closely with our sales leadership to build out strong positions in the largest media groups & brands
  • Research Cold Calling Emailing and reaching out to new clients
  • Heavy emphasis on outbound & commitment to action to establish IMAGO further in creative & corporate
  • Significant relationship building through outbound activity and networking
  • Participate in the wider growth from a strategic market product & revenue point of view

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • New Revenue. Early wins into new clients & sustained growth into existing accounts
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition of potential clients in the new market
  • Breakthrough levels of outbound activity
  • A convincing plan for vertical growth over 24 months
  • Positive collaborative relationships & great communication with all IMAGO stakeholders

Requirements

  • You are eager to win and have a passion for establishing new relationships
  • Interest in visual content media brand or sports topics
  • 2 3 years of experiences in the full sales cycle; from identifying new clients until the closure of a contract
  • Desire to build something new and deliver growth
  • Fluent in english & mandarin
