Join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes!
Priority Group Services a leading NJ homecare provider is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! In this role you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting their wellbeing in the comfort of their homes.
What youll do:
Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
Help patients with ambulation and transfers ensuring their safety and mobility.
Prepare and serve meals considering dietary restrictions.
Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support fostering a positive and caring environment.
Document patient care accurately and completely. The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
Strong compassion empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
Patience reliability and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
