Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical liaison for the Pilot Battery Pack EndofLine (eEOL) test team. Support engineering testing and execution of highvoltage battery pack eEOL testing ensuring thorough and accurate assessments.
Engineering Oversight: Act as the Battery Pack Engineering Lead responsible for managing crossfunctional engineering efforts related to eEOL testing of highvoltage battery packs. Coordinate with various teams to drive successful testing outcomes.
Mentorship and Improvement: Mentor new eEOL test engineers providing guidance and support. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to modulelevel and battery packlevel testing.
Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with leads from Triage Calibration and Software groups. Ensure effective diagnosis troubleshooting and timely delivery of new and reworked battery packs.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical Systems Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
35 years of experience in electrification product design or development with a strong track record in supporting complex electromechanical projects.
Proven ability to lead technical projects in electromechanical systems demonstrating effective problemsolving and project management skills.
Expertise in troubleshooting techniques and meticulous documentation of findings. Proficiency with analysis tools such as CANalyzer VehicleSPY and Intrepid RADwBMS with a deep understanding of their conditions assumptions and limitations.
Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely present complex technical data to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in engaging with suppliers and effectively conveying technical information.
Wellversed in common automotive and industry standards with a solid grasp of the product development lifecycle and its phases.
