Our client is a foremost payment telecom and enterprise solutions company has been licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission seeks for a Product Manager to lead the design and user experience (UX) strategy for our digital products and services tailored to the needs of our subscribers across different segments and sectors. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and partners across different sectors or
industries (IT Insurance Banking etc.) to define and execute unique/customized product design strategy ensuring that our products and services meet business objectives and user requirements while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design Strategy:
Define the overall strategy design and roadmap for our digital products and services in alignment with the business goals and user needs.
2. Product Strategy Development:
Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer insights to identify opportunities and define product strategies that aligns with business objectives.
3. CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments (Sales Commercial Marketing Customer support and Technical) to align design initiatives with product goals technical feasibility and business objectives.
4. CrossSectorial Partnership:
Collaborate with strategic partners to cocreate and integrate valueadded products and services into our offerings leveraging the partner capabilities content or technology to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Regulatory Compliance and Partner Management:
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to telecommunications products and services ensuring compliance in product development and operations.

- 5 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or a related design role with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and delivering successful digital products/services.
- Strong understanding of mobile telecommunications (especially MVNO) market segment and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts influence stakeholders and build consensus across other sectors.
