Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
Primary: Leadership and team management skills strong sales and negotiation skills strategic planning.
Secondary: Experience in the education sector experience with Zoho CRM ability to analyse market trends excellent communication skills.
