Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a crucial role in identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. You will support Business Development Managers in crafting and executing tailored client strategies that align with our company’s objectives. Your tasks will include preparing client presentations, proposals, and sales reports, ensuring that our messaging is clear and impactful.
You will also manage our CRM systems, tracking the sales pipeline meticulously and ensuring accurate data entry to facilitate effective decision-making. Additionally, you will coordinate and attend meetings, conferences, and industry events, providing you with opportunities to network and represent our organization. Collaborating closely with internal teams will be essential to align our solutions with client needs and ensure a seamless delivery of services.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry. Proficiency in French is highly advantageous, as it will enable you to engage effectively with a broader client base. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, along with a results-oriented mindset and a genuine hunger for growth and development.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is expected, as these tools will be integral to your daily tasks. A willingness to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential traits that we value in our team members.
