German Speaking Customer Service Agent Greece
Are you a fluent German speaker looking for an exciting career opportunity in Greece This is your chance to join a dynamic team assist customers in solving their technical issues and enjoy life by the Mediterranean!
Role Overview:
- Provide excellent customer service for truck and bus breakdown assistance
- Walk customers through technical troubleshooting steps with confidence and empathy
- Handle incoming calls related to vehicle issues (flat tire engine failure etc.) and log cases in the CRM system
What We Offer:
- Monthly Salary: 1200
- Performance Bonus: Up to 100
- Flexible working hours (MondaySunday 00:0023:00)

Requirements:
- German: C2 English: C1
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Advanced technical skills and basic understanding of vehicle road assistance
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred
