Job Summary
Implement recruitment strategies/plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Understanding and gathering the Job requirements Source and manage different
- sourcing channels for recruitment in an organized and analytical manner to ensure
- quality hiring for corporate or outside clients in the US.
- Consult line managers on current recruitment environments affecting their recruitment
- needs and acquire complete candidate specifications; provide consultative services to
- line management on selection methods and criteria
- Work collaboratively to levelup both existing recruiters and hiring managers in their
- thinking about talent acquisition process and strategy
- Work across varied sources (applicants referrals passive candidate development) to
- ensure Concentrus has strong pipelines and options on the best available talent.
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
- Implement new sourcing methods for different internal/external clients.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 23 years recruitment experience specialized in understand business requirements and
- frame these requirements in such a way that technical and operational solution can be
- developed for the highest impact
- Strong organization skills with a problemsolving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Market Knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport.
