The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying analyzing and executing growth equity investments in highpotential companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research networking and direct outreach.
Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess the attractiveness of investment opportunities.
Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data including market trends competitive landscape and company performance metrics.
Investment Thesis Development: Collaborate with senior team members to develop and present investment theses to the investment committee.
Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and management of portfolio companies including performance tracking and strategic guidance.
Market Research: Stay uptodate on industry trends market dynamics and emerging sectors to identify new investment opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memos and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
Experience: 24 years of experience in private equity growth equity investment banking or management consulting.
Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling analytical and quantitative skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment while also being selfmotivated.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases (e.g. PitchBook Capital IQ) is a plus.
Full Time
