Job Description
Position: Cath Lab Technician
Start Date: 11/5/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton OK 73505
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:30 AM 4:00 PM 8
Shift Notes: 7:30A 4:00P Mon to Fri (8 Hour Days)
Weekend Requirements: no
OnCall Requirements: Oncall is rotated between 4 team members. Scheduled off days are Thanksgiving Christmas and New Years Day for those weeks they can work 10s to get hours if wanted. The oncall team only with no scheduled procedures.
COVID19/FLU Requirement: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
Traveler Policy: na

** Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays**
Specific Policies:
- Multipliers No increased rate for OT Holiday and CallBack
- Orientation Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
- 1 Year NIH Certification Link:
- At least 1 year of experience Required
- Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
- ACLS (AHA) is preferred Please attach it to the packet at the time of submission if the traveler has it
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (RCIS or compact & BLS AHA & ACLS)
- ACLS (AHA)
