Shift Notes:8hr shifts TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY 8HR SHIFT BETWEEN 7A11P 40hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends/Holiday coverage if required

OnCall Requirements: POSSIBLE CALL

COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures) or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing please include the travelers COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission.

Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing please include the perm address in the profile upload.

• GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0
• Ratio: Approximately 9 patients/shift
• Will always work with another Tech Aide or another MRI Tech/Traveler and will never work solo
• After midnight the department is covered by call.

** WILL CONSIDER A TRAVELER WITH A PENDING MA RADIOLOGY LICENSE. LICENSE MUST BE IN PROCESS AT PROFILE UPLOAD AND TRAVELER MUST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND TO BEGIN ASSIGNMENT.

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and the weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after New Years Eve/New Years Day and the weekend after

• 2 Years CURRENT MRI experience
• ARRT (MR) Certification Required
• GE Equipment experience Required
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred
• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings
• Must be willing to take calls as needed

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile including Covid Vaccination proofs (dated on or after 10/3/23) or intent to file an exemption form

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)
