Job Description

Documentation Manager/Coordinator.

Location: Remote

Client: Mayo Clinic

Rate: Flexible 5/hr referral fee.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Documentation Manager to join our team. This role involves managing reviewing and updating documentation across various teams and integrations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is uptodate accurate and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update documentation in SharePoint libraries including Functional Design Documents (FDD) Technical Design Documents (TDD) and User Testing Documents (UTD).
  • Ensure all documentation reflects the latest changes and updates.
  • Track down and collaborate with the appropriate resources to fill in any missing documentation.
  • Maintain and update diagrams within TDDs using Vizio.
  • Organize and clean up documentation for Azure DevOps (ADO) projects ensuring readability and consistency.
  • Update and maintain read.me files for ADOs.
  • Import production code versions into the repository.
  • Maintain a runbook and object inventory ensuring all objects within an integration are documented.
  • Conduct weekly checkins with the HR/WFM Finance and Supply Chain management workstreams.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Markdown for updating read.me files.
  • Experience with Vizio for creating and updating diagrams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand code and create user stories based on code reviews.
  • Familiarity with ADO and GIT. Need to be able to navigate the environment from day 1 (organize update import etc..).
  • Experience with runbook and object inventory management.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask questions and dig into details
