Responsibilities
- Drive yield improvement and fix the failure pareto.
- Handle Failure Analysis of field and production failures.
- Make DFM/DFT recommendations.
- Collaborate with different teams (including Engineering Quality Reliability).
- Regularly report product status and recommend improvements.
- Build expertise on production of server products.

Qualification:
- 2 years of experience in the server and electronic industry with exposure to development of system (hardware/software) and data analysis.
- A minimum of B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of mechanical tolerancing.
- Worked on board bring up and debugging or Failure analysis on board
- Make DFM/DFT recommendations
- Visual PCBA Board inspection Identify assembly issues at component level
- Good at Linux commands for operation
- Good to have worked in Contract Manufacturing
- Failure related to PCB manufacturing (e.g. overetching drilling errors and improper soldering)
- Experience in Electronics Hardware Instruments CRO DMM for Testing.
