Job Description
Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect Networking (AzureNetworking Expertise)
Department: IT / Infrastructure AV and Networking
Job Overview
KeyResponsibilities:
Cloud Integration: Work closely withcloud teams to integrate onpremises network infrastructure with Azurebasedenvironments ensuring smooth connectivity security and optimal performance.
Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose andresolve network issues in both cloud and onprem environments ensuring minimaldowntime and performance degradation.
Automation & Monitoring: Automatenetwork configuration and monitoring using tools like Azure Network WatcherAzure Automation and PowerShell scripting. Implement proactive monitoringsystems to identify potential issues before they affect operations.
Documentation: Maintain detailed anduptodate documentation of network configurations procedures andtroubleshooting guides.
Experience: 5 years in networkengineering with at least 2 years of handson experience with Azure networkingservices.
Certifications: Azure certifications(such as Azure Network Engineer Associate) and/or relevant Cisco certifications(e.g. CCNA CCNP) are highly desirable.
Traditional Networking: Expertise inconfiguring and managing enterprisegrade network equipment (e.g. CiscoJuniper Palo Alto etc.) including firewalls routers switches and VPNs.
Automation: Proficiency in networkautomation and scripting (PowerShell Python or similar) ARM templatesTerraform or other scripting tools is a plus
Soft Skills: Strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills attention to detail excellent communication and theability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Kubernetes networkingand containerized environments.
