As a Preconstruction Manager at the organization you will lead the project team to achieve scope
budget alignment and schedule alignment from the early preconstruction phase. By taking the lead role
in preconstruction team meetings you will emphasize the importance of effective communication and

Building strong relationships and providing guidance to all stakeholders including subcontractors
project management and designers will be crucial in ensuring an integrated team experience. With a
focus on preparing preconstruction schedules and reviewing estimates and schedules for projects you
will play a key role in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
In this dynamic role you will showcase your expertise in cost analysis market impacts and value
engineering while mentoring the preconstruction team and driving continuous improvement in
procurement strategies.
Qualification and Requirement:
Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field is required
510 years of experience in cost estimating or project management.
Ability to manage preconstruction for largescale commercial projects.
Expertise in synthesizing cost data and applying construction principles.
Strong problemsolving team leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Primavera P6 Bluebeam and Building
Connected.
Analytical abilities and strong industry relationships are essential.
