Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Aon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department including managing employee records maintaining HR databases and processing paperwork.
Coordinate and schedule interviews meetings and trainings for the HR team.
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements reviewing resumes and conducting initial screenings.
Prepare and distribute HRrelated documents such as offer letters employment contracts and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and escalate to the appropriate HR team member when necessary.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee files and records.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
