Job Description
For our production engineeringteam at the Olesno location we are looking for the position of
Logistic Process Engineer (Internal)
Your tasks:
- Implementation of internal logistics processes
- Planning analysis optimization of the flow of materials of production and warehouse components using lean management tools
- Coordination of the flow of materials between production and warehouse
- Implementation of projects and new solutions in logistics processes
- Creating analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- Creating and maintaining documentation for logistics procedures systems and workflows
- Measuring reporting and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities
- Implementation and maintenance of Kanban rules
Required Skills Abilities and Qualifications:
- Basic education: Logistics Supply Chain Management or similar (Technical University)
- Language skills: English (communicative)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics (material flow) within a manufacturing environment (in a similar position)
- Experience using quality tools and managing technical documentation
- Experience with tool management and Lean management in internal logistics area
- Good collaboration skills
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convey complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
- A systematic approach to work and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Readiness to work in flexible working hours if necessary
