About the Role
Based in Sydney/ Melbourne/Brisbane this role will support our Marketingteam.On offer is a (Senior) Event Specialist position and your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:
- Lead the planning and execution of launch events for the new vehicle brand coordinating logistics venues and timelines to ensure a seamless experience.
- Create compelling narratives and presentations that communicate the BYDs mission product features and sustainability initiatives during events.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and product development to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives for each event.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for participating in industry trade shows and events focusing on maximising brand exposure and lead generation.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and interactive booth displays showcasing BYDs marketleading products and technology and localise content from global case studies.Gather feedback and analyse attendee data to assess the effectiveness of events providing recommendations for future improvements and strategies.
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to enhance event visibility and engagement negotiating terms to ensure mutual benefits.
- Manage all logistical aspects of event participation including transportation setup staffing and compliance with industry regulations.
