Job Description

Welcome to the world of innovation and efficiency! Were seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager III to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that drive our organizations growth and success. The main function of a nonIT program manager is to plan direct or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering research and development financial systems and product rollout etc or any other nonITbased project.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management. Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed crossfunctional organization. Detail oriented and highly organized. Experience proactively developing solutions to operational issues.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals reports and findings to clients.
  • Analyze technology resource needs and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with management production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Direct review and approve product designs and changes.
  • Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills problemsolving skills attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes quality control costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning resource allocation and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software such as MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Project Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
