Job Description

Job Title: OCC Support Engineer

Location: Lisle Illinois

Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting and redirecting customer tickets to the respective team to resolve the tickets related to Telematics device.
  • Supporting vehicle validation team to execute and monitor the test cases for Over the Air.
  • Analyzing the J1939 CAN logs of issues from vehicle testing and supporting development team to find the Root cause.
  • Should proactively interact with cross functional teams to debug and find root cause for the issues.
  • Supporting QA Testing on telematics device test bench to execute test case for production release.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge on J1939 CAN protocol Advance remote diagnostics Embedded C and Java.
  • Experience in automotive domain heavy duty vehicles architecture and know how on telematic devices and On Command Connections
  • Experience in QA testing and hand on using actual embedded test bench for testing.
  • Knowledge in analyzing J1939 CAN vehicle logs.
  • Able to debug the code to find the root cause.
  • Able to work on actual trucks for vehicle testing.
