Job Title: OCC Support Engineer

Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and redirecting customer tickets to the respective team to resolve the tickets related to Telematics device.
- Supporting vehicle validation team to execute and monitor the test cases for Over the Air.
- Analyzing the J1939 CAN logs of issues from vehicle testing and supporting development team to find the Root cause.
- Should proactively interact with cross functional teams to debug and find root cause for the issues.
- Supporting QA Testing on telematics device test bench to execute test case for production release.
Requirements:
- Knowledge on J1939 CAN protocol Advance remote diagnostics Embedded C and Java.
- Experience in automotive domain heavy duty vehicles architecture and know how on telematic devices and On Command Connections
- Experience in QA testing and hand on using actual embedded test bench for testing.
- Knowledge in analyzing J1939 CAN vehicle logs.
- Able to debug the code to find the root cause.
- Able to work on actual trucks for vehicle testing.
