Job Position: Business Analyst (CiscoCCW/CCWR SME Q2C domain and Gen AI tools).
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:
CCW SME with basic Gen AI knowledge.
Strong Commerce Domain knowledge across Q2C domain. CCW/CCWR/ and upstream/downstream systems and process & business knowledge. Strong analytical communication and presentation skills Good understanding of basic Gen AI fundamentals and Techniques NLP Good to have knowledge of Gen AI tools/languages like Python Chat GPT etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
